Quality Control:
l The first people on the production line will check the kettle body, if have serious scratches, he will select it and put it on the defective area, then return back to supplier.
l Silk printing: silk print one by one and check it if OK then put the silk on the high temperature to make it fixed to the kettle more indelibly.
l Function test position: once the kettle finished assemble, we will arrange test kettle if can function well by boiling water one by one. Only those function well can run to next position.
l Power consumption test, Hit-pot test and Ground test: all the function well kettle will do the hit-pot test and Ground test, and then check if the power consumption can consistent with the rating lable.
l Clean: wear gloves and wipe out the dirty inside and outside, the dirty can’t be removed will be selected out and place it in the defective area.
l Outlook check and assemble check: before packed in to PE bag and gift box, we have arranged a QC to check the outlook to avoid the dirty one and bad assemble one packed into the gift box and run into the market.
l Regularly check: Line QC will select a lot of samples on the line or in the packed carton box and take to inspection room to do the full check, to find if any defectives in the samples. If any, to calculate the defective rate to see if in the AQL and if can accept. If not, should inform the engineer to find the way to solve it.
Electrical strength:
1. The unit is operated at rated voltage in normal condition and the wattage shall be measured within +5%-10% of rated wattage.
2. The unit shall be capable of withstanding the 1000V hi-pot test for a period of 2S.
3. The unit must pass the DC12V/25A ground resistance test between the grounding metal surfaces of the plug. The resistance measured shall not exceed 0.1Ω.
4. Run the unit at 1.15 times the rated power. After stabilization, conduct the current leakage test on the unit and it shall not exceed 0.75mA.
Life test:
The unit must be capable of withstanding the life test without mechanical or electrical breakdown. The test detail shall be referred to the Operation Directive from the Quality Assurance Test Center.
Stength test for welding Controller.
Press less than 80N power with 90º for Welding position(as below picture)
Package Standard
1. The unit shall be packed with plastic bags and cardboard inserted according to normal packing method. The gift box color shall be printed as per the order list.
2. Unless otherwise specified, the unit must pass the drop test conducted by our corporation.
3. The package detail shall be referred to Packing Directive.
