1. Are your factory or trading company?
A: We are factory specialized in electric kettle from 2010, located in SHUNDE, FOSHAN,CHINA.
2. Were is your main market?
A: European marketsuch as Germany,France,Italy,Poland and
Russia,Belgium,Middle east market such as Dubai,IraqandIran.
3. What controller your kettle used?
A: Both strix or Chinese controller those get GS, CE approval. Generally we use Chinese LEIFAN controller as we manufacturing it by ourself, it can have competitive price and good quality control for it. But if Strix required, we can use it with upcost USD2.5.
4. Do Leifan controller get certificate? How long your Leifan controller can be used?
A: Yes, our LEIFAN controller get GS, CE approval from TUV, and it can be used for 10000 times
5. Have the kettle been with CB, CE certs?
A: Yes, all our kettle in market are with GS, CE, CB, ROHS, LFGB and ERP approval.
6. Have your kettle been with ETL or UL?
A: At this moment we have not, if have orders that need ETL or UL, and quantity is reach 50K, we will apply them
7. How long for your delivery date?
A: 30-40 days. Generally, we can finish the order within 30 days after we receive the deposit and confirmed the all artwork.
8. Can we ask for samples for test? And send the sample to our overseas office?
A: Of course we can provide free sample for test, but with freight collected. We can deduct the freight once the order confirmed
9. If Chinese controller can sell to European country without patent issue?
A: Yes, of course, some of customer in Germany, Italy,Belgium can accept for the Chinese controller.
10. Who is the biggest customer in European Market?
